  • 1 cup Cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 0.5 cup Hummus

Instructions

  3. 3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers on each tortilla.
  4. 4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
