Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 unit Slider buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, and chili powder.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve the patties on slider buns with your favorite toppings.
