Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup Hummus
- 1 cup Mixed veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers) sliced
- 1 handful Spinach leaves
1. Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
2. Layer mixed veggies and spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired.
