Ingredients 

Veggie Burger Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Corn cooked
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until thick and pasty.
  2. 2. Add the bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, corn, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
