Vegetable Tofu Stir-Fry

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
