Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups Cooked rice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. 3. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve the vegetables over cooked rice.
