Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 8 pieces Spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of filling on each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
  4. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
