Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes, green beans, corn, and peas. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
