  • 1 pc Red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Zucchini cut into slices
  • 1 pc Red onion cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  3. 3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
