- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup Chopped zucchini
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped broccoli
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
