  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped broccoli
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
