Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the vegetables.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving.
