Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
