Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 1 Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Zucchini chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook until tender.
  4. 4. Add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix in the cooked pasta. Serve hot.
