  • 4 slices Bread Whole grain or your choice
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini Sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Brush the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the vegetables on the panini press until tender.
  4. 4. Assemble the panini by layering the grilled vegetables and mozzarella cheese between the bread slices.
  5. 5. Grill the assembled panini on the press until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
