Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add broccoli and bell peppers, cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve warm.
