Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 pieces Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
