Ingredients 

Flatbread Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes)
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add warm water until dough forms.
  3. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
  4. Place dough on a baking sheet. Top with mixed vegetables and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
