Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with the chopped spinach. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the top is slightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite chips or veggies!
