Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dip is heated through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite chips, crackers, or veggies.
