- 1 cup Raw cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
