Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Diced Tofu firm
  • 1 cup Edamame shelled
  • 1 cup Diced Cucumber
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In serving bowls, add a base of cooked rice.
  3. 3. Arrange the marinated tofu, edamame, cucumber, and shredded carrots on top of the rice.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
