Main Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pistachios
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Blend pistachios and coconut in a food processor until fine.
Add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until combined.
Roll mixture into small balls.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
