Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw pistachios
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Blend pistachios and coconut in a food processor until fine.
  2. Add maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
