  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 cups coconut oil, solid
  • 4-6 tablespoons ice water

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
  2. Cut in coconut oil until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
  5. Place in pie dish and trim edges.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until golden.
