Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Cashews soaked for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Black Beans cooked
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Avocado diced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Drizzle the cashew cheese over the tortilla chips.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove from oven and top with black beans, salsa, avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
