soaked in hot water for 15 minutes

Instructions
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
