- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Fold in the chopped kale and artichoke hearts until well combined.
