Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 4 hot dog buns

Instructions 

  1. Blend chickpeas and oats in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, tomato paste, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and liquid smoke. Blend until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into hot dog shapes.
  4. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve in hot dog buns with your favorite toppings.
