Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu drained and crumbled
- ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon black salt (Kala Namak)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, crumble the tofu.
Add vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, nutritional yeast, turmeric, and black salt.
Mix well until combined.
Stir in chopped green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
