Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Jelly Any flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. 2. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each muffin tin cup, spreading it around to cover the bottom.
  3. 3. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
  4. 4. Add a small dollop of peanut butter and jelly on top of the set chocolate in each cup.
  5. 5. Cover the peanut butter and jelly with more melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully covered.
  6. 6. Return the muffin tin to the freezer for another 10 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
  7. 7. Remove from the freezer and enjoy your Vegan Chocolate PB&J Cups!
