  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup coconut sugar
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup dried cherries
  • 0.5 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. Fold in dried cherries and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
