Main Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
1. Boil the carrots in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Drain the carrots and add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
5. Serve warm with nacho chips.
