Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the carrots in water until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the carrots and add them to a blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. 3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through.
