Cookie Dough
- 1 cup Almond flour
- ½ cup Coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand or a fork.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
