Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raw Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. In a blender, combine the cashews, water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
