  • 1 cup Cashews soaked overnight
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine cashews, vegetable broth, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the blended mixture.
  4. 4. Add nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper. Whisk continuously until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
