Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Raw cashews soaked in water for 2 hours
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, heat the blended sauce over medium heat until it thickens, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
