Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoon Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin mixture until completely dissolved. Add vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
