  • 2 cups Milk any kind
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add turmeric powder and whisk well to combine.
  3. 3. Add honey and black pepper, if using. Stir well.
  4. 4. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  5. 5. Pour into cups and serve warm.
