Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk any kind
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper optional
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder and whisk well to combine.
3. Add honey and black pepper, if using. Stir well.
4. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
5. Pour into cups and serve warm.
