Main Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and black pepper.
3. Bring to a simmer, but do not boil.
4. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.
