Turmeric Cauliflower Soup Recipe
A warm, comforting soup with the goodness of turmeric and cauliflower.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 4 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add turmeric and cumin, cook for another minute.
Add cauliflower florets and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender, about 20 minutes.
Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Return to pot.
Stir in coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Heat through and serve.
