Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Grate the cauliflower into rice-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in turmeric and cook for another minute.
  5. Add grated cauliflower, frozen peas, and carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add sliced green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve.
