  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
