Tuna Steaks with Garlic Herb Cream Sauce

- 4 pieces Tuna Steaks
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken.
5. Add the chopped parsley and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Return the tuna steaks to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let them warm through for another minute.
7. Serve the tuna steaks with the garlic herb cream sauce drizzled over the top.
