Ingredients 

Tuna Cakes

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Yuzu Yogurt Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Yuzu Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, yuzu juice, honey, and salt to make the sauce.
  5. Serve the tuna cakes hot with a dollop of yuzu yogurt sauce on top.
