Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Topping

  • 1 cup Sliced Mango
  • 1 cup Sliced Kiwi
  • 1 cup Sliced Pineapple

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Spread filling over cooled crust.
  7. Top with sliced mango, kiwi, and pineapple. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
