Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Sponge cake cut into cubes
- 2 cups Custard
- 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Whipped cream
1. Layer half the sponge cake cubes in the bottom of the trifle dish.
2. Pour half the custard over the sponge cake.
3. Add a layer of mixed berries.
4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
5. Top with whipped cream and chill before serving.
