  • 1 pound Sponge cake cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Custard
  • 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Whipped cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Layer half the sponge cake cubes in the bottom of the trifle dish.
  2. 2. Pour half the custard over the sponge cake.
  3. 3. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  4. 4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. 5. Top with whipped cream and chill before serving.
