Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Dried fruit chopped
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Peanut butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, and dried fruit.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, warm the honey and peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Pour over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. 4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. 5. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
