Main Ingredients
- 4 bolillo rolls, sliced in half
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like Oaxaca or Monterey Jack)
- 1 pico de gallo for topping
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spread a layer of refried beans on each bolillo half.
3. Top with shredded cheese.
4. Place the bolillo halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
