Tostadas
- 8 Corn tortillas store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Grated cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 Avocado sliced
- to taste Hot sauce
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the corn tortillas until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Spread a layer of refried beans on each crispy tortilla.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and hot sauce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
