Ingredients 

Tostadas

  • 8 Corn tortillas store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Grated cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • to taste Hot sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the corn tortillas until crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  2. Spread a layer of refried beans on each crispy tortilla.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, avocado slices, and hot sauce.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
