Main Ingredients
- 2 packs Top Ramen noodles crushed
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- ¼ cup Chopped green onions
- ½ cup Sliced almonds toasted
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed ramen noodles, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
