- 4 pcs Tomatoes diced
- 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
- 1 pcs Jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1 pcs Lime juiced
- 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Dice the tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the bowl.
3. Mince the jalapeño and add it to the mix.
4. Juice the lime and pour it over the ingredients.
5. Add the chopped cilantro and salt. Mix well.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
